Texas Hunt Lodge is proud to announce a clean sweep at the 47th Annual Trophy Game Records (TGR) Awards, held in Kerrville, Texas. Our team brought home three of the industry’s most coveted honors:
- 2024 Outfitter of the Year
- 2024 Ranch of the Year
- 2024 Guide of the Year: Jake Jones
The TGR Awards, established in 1978, recognize the best in ethical hunting, land stewardship, and industry leadership. For the fourth straight year, Guide Jake Jones was honored as Guide of the Year—a testament to his expertise, dedication, and the family-friendly environment we foster at Texas Hunt Lodge.
As reported in the West Kerr Hunters Guide 2025:
“For the fourth straight year, lifetime hunter Jake Jones, a member of Meador Hall’s Texas Hunt Lodge team, received the coveted Guide of the Year Award at the 37th Annual Trophy Game Records of the World Awards.”
Our team also received the Outfitter and Ranch of the Year awards, highlighting our commitment to outstanding service, conservation, and memorable hunting experiences for every guest.
The 2024 TGR Awards not only celebrated hunting excellence but also raised over $145,000 for flood relief and first responders. The event featured vendor exhibits, dinners, and a strong focus on introducing youth to hunting and the outdoors.
