Hunters are given a comprehensive field guide to help them understand and navigate their hunting environment better. This includes tips on effective camouflage to blend into the surroundings and enhance your stalking strategy.
There are no seasonal restrictions on hunting Fallow Deer in Texas, making it an ideal pursuit when they are hard-antlered. We recommend scheduling hunts from late August through December, and in some years, extending into February.
Our hunters have the flexibility to select their preferred hunting method, whether it’s Spot and Stalk, Bow Hunting, Rifle Hunting, Black Powder, Safari Style Hunting, Handgun, or hunting from a Blind. We cater to hunters of all ages and experience levels, including those with physical disabilities or who may be confined to a wheelchair.
Through our Fallow Breeding Programs, we have access to exceptional Monster Hungarian Fallow, ensuring that your trophy has the potential to rank among the top entries in the SCI and Trophy Game Records of the World records books. Additionally, upon request, we can score your Fallow Deer Trophy and enter it on your behalf for Awards Banquets at SCI, TGR, and HSC.
For those interested in the culinary delights, fallow venison makes for an excellent meal. The meat is not only flavorful but also ranks among the top three best tasting exotics to eat.

Fallow Deer Trophy Fee
Fallow Deer Trophy Fee: $ 5250 - 8500 *
Trophy Fee is in addition to $395 per day which covers All-Inclusive Hunt Package.
Non-hunting guests may accompany the hunter for an additional $200 per day which
covers lodging, meals and amenities as well.
The Fallow Deer, native to the Mediterranean region of Europe and Asia Minor, has also established a notable presence across 93 counties in Texas, predominantly within the Edwards Plateau region. By 1988, the population in Texas was estimated to be 14,163, encompassing both free-ranging and confined animals. This species has adapted well to its new habitat, thriving under the regional wildlife management regulations.
Adult male Fallow Deer typically stand between 32 and 48 inches high at the shoulder and can weigh up to 200 pounds. The antlers of the Fallow Deer are a distinctive feature, broadly palmated with several small tines and a large heal-tine arising from the back of the palm. A robust set of Fallow antlers will measure at least 28 inches in length, boast an inside span of 24 inches or more, and may include upwards of 20 points, making them a prized find for licensed hunters. Hunters interested in pursuing Fallow Deer are required to adhere to specific wildlife regulations, including obtaining the appropriate hunting licenses and tags.
In the Hill Country, Fallow Deer naturally display three different color schemes: chocolate, spotted, and white, which can provide natural camouflage against the diverse Texas landscape. When hunting, enthusiasts often use blinds and feeders to aid in the management and observation of these animals. Fallow Venison is highly regarded, ranked among the top three best tasting exotic meats available, making it a sought-after delicacy for both local and visiting hunters.
