Warthog Hunting

One of the rarest of the Swine species you’ll find in Texas, the Warthog definitely ranks high on those hunters’ lists who don’t want to travel to Africa to harvest one. Texas Hunt Lodge will put you on a Huge Warthog most any time of the year…these are Trophy Warthog Boars. Warthogs are a great animal to stock the freezer…from great ribs to fantastic back strap, and pork roasts, they are a favorite Hog to harvest at Texas Hunt Lodge. There are no seasonal restrictions on hunting the Warthog in Texas, which makes it a suitable hunt year-round.

Our Warthog Hunters may use a Rifle, Bow, Crossbow, Muzzle-loader, or Handgun to hunt your Warthog either from a Blind over a feeder or via Spot and Stalk with our trained professional guides. We can accommodate hunters of any age and experience level, as well as hunters with disabilities.

Our Warthogs average 150 pounds, with good teeth – ivory, which are perfect for that unique Warthog Shoulder mount, Pedestal Mount, or Warthog Life-size Mount for your trophy room or office. If you don’t want a shoulder mount, these also make awesome European Skull mounts.
