Our Transcaspian Urial hunts take place on a sprawling 5000-acre ranch, where you may encounter up to 20 shooter rams during each outing. Whether you prefer Spot and Stalk, Bow Hunting, Rifle Hunting, Black Powder, Safari Style Hunting, Handgun, or hunting from a Blind, we cater to hunters of all preferences and abilities. Track your game through diverse terrain that requires sturdy boots and a reliable backpack to carry essential gear such as binoculars, camouflage clothing, and ammunition. Having your backpack stocked with survival essentials is also crucial, especially during longer outings.
Unlike hybrid varieties, our Transcaspian Urial Sheep are purebred, ensuring the preservation of their genetic integrity. The rams we hunt typically boast horns ranging from 36 to 42 inches, with some exceptional specimens exceeding the 44-inch mark. If you’re in search of a World Record Class Transcaspian Urial, we may have access to special breeder rams that could fulfill your trophy aspirations. The Transcaspian Urial (Ovis vignei arkal), is one of the most beautiful Urial’s as the Sheep carries a snow white bib which is very long and flowing in the winter months. The Transcaspian Urial comes from Eastern Asian Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, and Iran.
The Transcaspian Urial male’s horns are full curl horns with Trophy Transcaspian Urial’s coming in between 26-40 inches in length. Female Transcaspian Urial are considerably smaller than males and have much smaller horns.
The coloration of the Transcaspian Urial is sandy light brown colored. The underparts of the Transcaspian Urial, the lower legs and muzzle are white. The chest of the Transcaspian Urial Ram is a flowing white bib which exhibits some dark brown.
